The consultation was good enough, but there are 2 points why I took away stars: 1. We covered all the questions in 30 minutes, but were charged as a full hour 2. I had an additional question afterward. Olga mentioned that I could message her anytime, but she never reacted to my question. although it was crucial and casts doubt on her previous advices

I recently worked with Olga, and I must say it was a positive experience. While I can't give a full 5 stars, I'd rate it 4 out of 5. The consultant was knowledgeable and helpful, especially considering my specific tax needs as a digital product designer. They provided valuable insights and assistance in navigating the tax system. The reason for not giving 5 stars is that there was some room for improvement in communication, which I believe can be easily addressed. Overall, a solid choice for tax consulting services!

Today I had a tax consultation with Olga M. on taxes in Portugal. Everything was very clear, without "water". Olga gave answers to all my questions, told me what to do in my particular case. She clearly showed me how to work in my personal tax office, as I had no experience. I think that in the future I will turn to Olga for more consultations.

Olga left an impression of a professional, gave me comprehensive answers to all of my questions, and was polite, friendly and patient during our conversation. Also, she agreed to find some free time for me outside her schedule considering that my question was quite urgent. The mark is 8 just because my questions were quite basic and simple, so that I can't be sure if she is really high-qualified and competent in her job in more complex cases. And I'm not sure how is good the price/quality rate.
