You will receive full support with your immigration application, including:
Providing you with detailed advice regarding your application on the requirements, the application processes and the supporting documentation required;
Reviewing documentation and information provided to us in support of your application;
Initiating and reviewing and drafting your application in line with the law and the facts specific to you as the applicant;
Booking your (and dependants’ if applicable) appointment at the relevant Visa Application Centre and providing you with clear instructions;
Drafting any template letters required in support of the application as well as liaising with third parties including government agencies on your behalf;
Where necessary, we draft a detailed letter of representation to accompany your application;
Monitoring the progress of your application and providing you with timely relevant updates;
Advising on the applicable UK immigration law, processes and turnaround times (established and actual) in relation to the application;
Responding to any queries that may arise from UK Visas and Immigration; and
Provide follow up advice on receipt of the UK Visas and Immigration decision.
Following the application outcome, our follow up advice note will be very useful for the applicant to remain compliant with the UK law in advance of any later extension application, which we would of course be delighted to assist you with.
I often assist clients with the full process from permission to enter through to settlement.
